Konzept Partners AG, together with honert (Legal), advised the shareholders of Rostock-Trans GmbH on the sale to Bracchi of Italy. The sale process began in October 2025 and was successfully completed in May 2026. This resulted in the completion of a cross-border transaction with an Italian buyer within a short period of time. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
